21 days of PTO for all full-time first year employees (unheard of!), 401k match, and the Company contributes to employee's HSA! Insurance for an individual is very reasonable but gets a bit pricey when you add additional family members.
It's not very affordable, mainly if you have a family.
No holiday pay-forced to use your time off to get paid for the holidays. Super high deductible health insurance and no prescription coverage.
PTO is second to none! Great 401k program as well. Medical insurance is cheap but high deductible.
Best thing about the benefits is the PTO the worst thing about the benefits is everything else, the benefits at well-more are marketed as amazing and gracious but they really are piss poor.
Great PTO. Not so great high-deductible insurance-but, that's become the norm in the blue collar corporate world. Offers financial support for employee development (tuition assistance, etc). Website says staff eat meals at table with healthcare members, but this practice was nixed by upper management nearly two years ago.
