Flexibility in schedule was a plus for my situation. A few management members where like working with children with the gossip and drama that goes on during a daily basis. Even the ones that seem to be decent still talk about that apples and do nothing to correct the problem. The pay could be better.

There are no benefits. You are told, we are reviewing adding benefits and nothing happens. Ther time off that you accumulate will be in question if you ask to have time off. You won't get paid and then if you leave, they try not to pay what you've accrued. If you need to leave an hour early, you are forced to take a half day. They should offer health insurance for the mental abuse you encounter

If you like having a flexible schedule, you would like this company. However, if you are looking for full time employment with benefits, they do not off that as this time.

There isn't any benefits. Flexibility in schedule is wonderful, but not enough pay and you are an Individual Contractor.
