Good benefits, covers everything you would need. No issues at all with them.
Financial benefits such as 401k is decent and much improved after changes earlier this year. Medical etc is less competitive as company passes cost increases to employees. No profit sharing. Equity grants are very upper management biased, and does not go deep into organization.
This company offers a great benefits package to their employees. They have a very competitive cost sharing plan compared to other companies in the area.
Over the 7 years I worked here, they removed all bonuses and cut most benefits while raising the rates. There was no incentive to stay when I had an opportunity to leave.

Very cheap ; below industry average; high deductible medical with spousal surcharge, 4% 401k once a year payment, paid time off and sick days expire end of the year( when you are expected to work 60 hours a week, how do you find time to take off), meager bonus...... that is it.
