401(k)
Sensata is committed to helping you pursue your retirement savings goals and offers a comprehensive 401(k) plan that can help you improve your retirement readiness.
Employees can immediately enroll in the plan and receive a company match of 100% of contributions up to the first 4% of eligible earnings.


Health Insurance:
The health plan is designed to give you more control over how you spend your health care dollars. You pay a lower monthly contribution, but pay more when you receive care. You’ll receive most preventative care at no cost to you and pay for other services out of pocket until you meet your deductible.

Flexible Spending Account (FSA):
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) help you save while reducing your taxable income. With an FSA, you can set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for certain health care and dependent care expenses. You can contribute up to the maximum yearly limits set by the IRS.

Health Savings Account (HSA):
Health Savings Accounts (HSA) can be used to pay for health care expenses. You can contribute pre-tax dollars to your HSA and can receive incentive contributions through the wellness program. You can contribute up to the maximum yearly limits set by the IRS.

Dental Insurance:
You may choose between two dental plan options that cover a full range of services. Each of the two plans cover preventative and diagnostic care, major treatment, basic treatment and orthodontia. You can rollover a portion of your unused calendar year maximum for use in the following year.

Vision Insurance:
To help keep life in focus, the vision benefit is available on a voluntary basis. Coverage includes benefits for eye exams, lenses, frames and contact lenses.

Life Insurance:
Give your loved ones peace of mind. We provide basic life insurance for employees at no cost to the employee, plus the option of buying additional supplemental life insurance for employees and dependents through payroll deduction.

    Benefits are comparable to many large companies that I have looked at. Decent health, although only one plan. Reasonable 401k, ARAG and Critical Health.

    An average 401(k) match, but the company that manages it will take a lot off the top in fees. Health insurance is expensive and bonuses are a nice addition

    Good benefits, covers everything you would need. No issues at all with them.

    Financial benefits such as 401k is decent and much improved after changes earlier this year. Medical etc is less competitive as company passes cost increases to employees. No profit sharing. Equity grants are very upper management biased, and does not go deep into organization.

    Over the 7 years I worked here, they removed all bonuses and cut most benefits while raising the rates. There was no incentive to stay when I had an opportunity to leave.
