401k match could be higher. But everything else is covered and great.

401k matching program is terrible compared to big 4 firms
SSF has amazing benefits that demonstrate how much they care for their employees. Very competitive salaries, practice staff start their careers accruing 5 weeks of vacation per year, 401(k) with matching, free life insurance, work/life flexible scheduling, free employee assistance program, stocked break room (healthy snacks, soups, fresh fruit, vita waters, etc.), free wellness program and related lunch & learns and they offer chair massages and fresh fruit smoothies during busy season! There's a bunch more I could say about their benefits. Really impressive! They also conduct periodic surveys to see how they're doing and what's important to staff, and make adjustments when needed.
SSF is constantly re-evaluating their benefits to make them better for the employees. They don't just do what is right for the "Firm", but for the employees. I really appreciate that. Plus most of their benefits go above and beyond what other companies offer.
