We reward our employees for passing the CPA exam with a bonus of up to $5k if passed within a year of joining the firm as an Associate.

Discretionary matching contribution is currently 50% of employee contributions for first 6%-of-salary that employees contribute (3% cap)
Long-term disability insurance is offered by SSF to all regular employees working at least 30 hours per week. This great benefit is used if you become disabled because of an accident, injury or illness. Long-term-disability insurance replaces 50 percent of income, while unable to work, until age 65.
A flexible spending account (FSA) allows eligible employees to set aside pre-tax contributions to cover certain expenses, including deductibles, office visits and prescription co-pays. Employees may use the dependent care benefit for eligible child care and/or elder care expenses, such as licensed day care, summer camps and after-school programs. The commuting expense benefit can be used for public transportation or qualified parking costs.

401k match could be higher. But everything else is covered and great.
Good salary and generous PTO and sick days. However, the 401k is a joke.
401k matching program is terrible compared to big 4 firms
SSF has amazing benefits that demonstrate how much they care for their employees. Very competitive salaries, practice staff start their careers accruing 5 weeks of vacation per year, 401(k) with matching, free life insurance, work/life flexible scheduling, free employee assistance program, stocked break room (healthy snacks, soups, fresh fruit, vita waters, etc.), free wellness program and related lunch & learns and they offer chair massages and fresh fruit smoothies during busy season! There's a bunch more I could say about their benefits. Really impressive! They also conduct periodic surveys to see how they're doing and what's important to staff, and make adjustments when needed.
SSF is constantly re-evaluating their benefits to make them better for the employees. They don't just do what is right for the "Firm", but for the employees. I really appreciate that. Plus most of their benefits go above and beyond what other companies offer.
