The contribution to the 401K and health insurance coverage is top tier .
Clinical and business sides have poor meaningful communication. No shortage of work. Benefits and pay in IT seem competitive. Nurses paid poorly and high turnover. Who you report to makes all the difference on job satisfaction.
The benefits definitely offset the pay
While not as talked about as they should be, there are a ton of benefits. Great health care plus a discount, 10k in student loan repayment, a ton of PTO, 10k for adoption or fertility treatment.
