They have excellent medical plans to choose from, dental, vision, life insurance, pet insurance, etc.
The benefits package is not worth what you receive for its price, regardless which plan you choose. All plans have high deductibles and they are still expensive. They don't cover many expenses that I feel would be beneficial for one's health, and even the highest-tier plan you can get gives you unfair copay prices for doctor visits and medications.
Benefits were outstanding. Only downside was the annual update of prior medical information to help negotiate the best rate from the carriers.
The generous PTO plan and the Health Insurance Plans are great. The option to rollover or sell back some PTO at year end is nice too.
Great options for Health Benefits - 3 plans to choose from. They offer all of the benefits you think would be offered at a large company. Start with around 2 weeks of PTO, and the max is 5 weeks after 5 years. They offer a lot of training.
