Sentry has an outstanding 401k match (currently 8%) with a portfolio that has a wide variety of options to choose from. They also provide a generous amount of PTO, and have competitive health, dental and vision insurances.

The 401k match is pretty good. The health insurance cost and benefits are decent. The best benefit is a discounted rate the SentryWorld golf course.

Nothing much I can add
Sentry doesn’t offer maternity leave, instead it has a version of short term disability. The positive about this benefit is that they pay 100% of your pay for 5 weeks. The first week you are out you must use your PTO. Week 2-6 are paid directly by Sentry. If you have a vaginal birth a 6 week recovery is pretty standard, so that evens out. If you have a c section, which requires 8 weeks to recover you then must use more PTO (2 additional weeks). At the same time you must qualify for the standard FMLA policies.
Regular benefits any other company usually offers. Nothing to impress you.
I was a Co-Op. They offered leave whenever necessary for class. It was flexible and their management is both understanding and accomodating.
