Overall has good benefits and a great work environment. Sentry offers competitive health insurance given today's market. The high deductible plans with HSA provide great value. Great benefits for the employees.
Very average benefits. I would expect more from an employer with billions of dollars in surplus. There is no maternity benefit which makes it very difficult to take 12 weeks off after delivery unless it is an unpaid leave.
Such a high deductible, you never met it. What good is the insurance?
