They have one but managers get more time than other employees which is no nice, at least for retail they don’t have parental leave, Sephora has better benefits for their corporate employees that the retail ones
Never had to use this, but I know my fellow coworkers have and they benefited
They increased it this past year but it still needs to be better. Moms deserve more.
Women are highly valued throughout the company. Sephora also supports all types of family dynamics.
It is very generous and both men and women can take advantage of the program.
This could be a lot better in a company where it's predominantly women. They only pay 60% of your salary for six weeks.

its only for 6 weeks and only about 30% of your actual pay
I never had to use it but I believe they give you well over a month. I know most places I have worked it has been 2 weeks of paid maternity leave and then you had to be back at work to be paid.
I have never been pregnante but its good for when i need it
