They offer full benefits to full-time employees. The downside of course is if you are part time these do not apply. The employee discount is incredible, and they even have special brand discounts from time to time. They offer vaccination incentives and other bonus opportunities here and there which are always a plus.
Amazing health and vacation benefits
Great company perks, for example, samples of new products but only full time employees get gratis.
Part-time employee benefits are nearly non-existant
The health insurance wasn't especially great. But they do match all 401k contributions, which is really awesome.
Gratis is great: healthcare and time off was average. Normal employee discount at retail stores.
Best thing: Gratis & 30% discount Other benefits are just okay. Mandated PTO uses up 2 weeks out of your 4 weeks PTO so it is kinda false advertising. - Commuter benefit has been suspended but not sure if they would bring it back - only received gratis once since covid - not much amenities at the office pre covid
Great mental health benefits and services provided.

They offer dental, eye and health care as well. The benefits are okay. I feel like I have to pay out of pocket for a lot which stinks because I don’t make a lot to begin with.
