It only exists for part time partial or full time employees and it wasn't the best. They don't do much to match 401k, and it's not applicable to everyone. You get the best benefits as a full timer, but full time hours usually aren't available
There were a lot of rules when it came to vacation time. You could only take it at certain times. In the months of October to January you couldn’t request off any days , not even one. So if you had a dr apt. or say you were getting married you couldn’t during this time. Your days off would not be approved. Also no one ever went over the benefits package with me. I worked there almost two years and what I know I looked it up myself.

They give gratis about once a month.. free brand products to test out so you want to sell to clients.

You have to be what is called part time partial, or full time for benefits. only thing is outside of leadership there is usually only enough "budget" for about 5-6 others out of roughly 30-40 people to be full time. I witnessed people wait up to 4 years for benefits. sad.
