The discount (25%) is fine but they constantly cut hours yet hire new people? Also I just recently was informed about bonuses. We had never bonused before as a store but it was always hyped up. Managers would get so pumped if we were about to bonus. Well, we are finally approaching a bonus (of almost $10k!!!) & we product consultants were just informed that we would have an extra, wait for it, ALMOST $100!! wow. out of a $10,000 bonus we receive $100. & that’s only if we work full time, which a lot of us don’t because they cut hours. I feel like they cut hours slowly & intentionally so that we don’t notice & then get a lower bonus. I’m extremely disappointed. Why would you hype up a bonus so much for measly <1% reward?
There is no benefits for retail except flexibility with your schedule. No paid holidays no benefits at all.
