Vision and dental, all the usual, plus a partial transit reimbursement of up to $65 per benefit month was a nice plus. Discount at Domaine Chandon winery and on their ecommerce site a nice perk (even though their website is consistently garbage and you have to phone them to order wine). Discount on product a huge plus in addition to occasional gratis and on-site events that gave you personalized complexion products, etc. 401k match of up to 4% could be more favorable.

I only worked part time at sephora at the cash wrap, so there are not many complaints that I have about the benefits package. You get bonuses and more.
Getting free makeup is always a plus. Employees usually get free makeup about once a month with about one to ten products. Usually they are new releases too.
They offer benefits to employees who are considered to be "partial-full". This is amazing for college students because you receive the same benefits as a full time employee besides dental insurance yet more flexibility with the schedule. Partial-full employees work a minimum of 24 hours and a max of 32 hours. Since you aren't considered completely full time you still have the flexibility to close off availability certain days for school.
