As an employee, we get discount on makeup, if you are park time then you don't really get any other benefit. And there is blackout dates( you cant requestion time off), normally around Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years.

Great benefits, dental/vision/medical/401K. Great health plan offered. Store level maternity leave is not great compared to what corporate level employees get. Also, only offers PTO not sick time, which can be challenging to balance vacation time and when you're sick.

I didn't receive a benefits package
Since I worked at a JCPenney location, the benefits reflects both companies. I worked full-time, yet the company did not include me as a full-time worker with healthcare benefits. I believe this to be an oversight and attempted to work with the company to resolve the issue. I never ended up receiving healthcare, and eventually left to pursue another career.
