That we are offered benefits after 90 days of employment and they offer it to the entire family. However It would be nice if they covered some of the cost seeing we are in the medical/ mental field.
if you are a full-time employee you can get all the benefits you are willing to pay for! worse thing, no sick leave, no vacation time. if you want benefits for the chance you might need assistance it will cost you a large amount out of your paycheck each time. Management does not listen to your comments or suggestions.
They offer medical but you have to pay a high premium for it. Benefits are sorely lacking but it's just another example of the poor treatment of the employees.
horribly overpriced. Bad PTO. They do not encourage you to take it, and they do not pay out.

What benefits? The only benefits that are going to people is to those that are actually the management, office staff, LCSW, clincians. etc. There is no benfits for DLS work and or BHP. The hours also very depending on your case load.
As a part-time employee, I don't recall having ample immediate / ongoing benefits (e.g. affordable health insurance, employee assistance, etc.) but the organization seemed to invest in the employees with life and disability insurance as soon as you become an employee.
