We have a pretty good benefits package. Our PTO package is awesome! Then between the health/vision/dental packages that are offered, I wish the health benefits were a little better, but the other two are great! I also wish we had an employer match to our 401K Plan.
They do offer 401K and vacation however it is very difficult to actually get vacation days. The health ins is expensive.
The company gives vacation hours on a scale of how many years you ave worked with the company. They match 401k. The vision, dental, and health insurance are decent and affordable if you are si gle - family plans can be through the roof expensive.
your only offered PTO which accumulates every pay period..You get 4 hours based on how much time you have put in working hours.
Cost too much, for too little with all benefits!
Average benefit package: insurance, 401k
That we are offered benefits after 90 days of employment and they offer it to the entire family. However It would be nice if they covered some of the cost seeing we are in the medical/ mental field.
The benefits are fair and reasonable. I was happy to have a variety of services available for myself and my family
if you are a full-time employee you can get all the benefits you are willing to pay for! worse thing, no sick leave, no vacation time. if you want benefits for the chance you might need assistance it will cost you a large amount out of your paycheck each time. Management does not listen to your comments or suggestions.
They offer medical but you have to pay a high premium for it. Benefits are sorely lacking but it's just another example of the poor treatment of the employees.
