The company gives vacation hours on a scale of how many years you ave worked with the company. They match 401k. The vision, dental, and health insurance are decent and affordable if you are si gle - family plans can be through the roof expensive.

That we are offered benefits after 90 days of employment and they offer it to the entire family. However It would be nice if they covered some of the cost seeing we are in the medical/ mental field.

if you are a full-time employee you can get all the benefits you are willing to pay for! worse thing, no sick leave, no vacation time. if you want benefits for the chance you might need assistance it will cost you a large amount out of your paycheck each time. Management does not listen to your comments or suggestions.
They offer medical but you have to pay a high premium for it. Benefits are sorely lacking but it's just another example of the poor treatment of the employees.
