“Good coverage especially for individuals.”
Great overall benefits, especially for a smaller company
The best thing is the pay. I was compensated well during my time there. The worst thing is the healthcare packages. I still had to pay out of pocket for several of my treatments. Also, there are no employee stock incentives. The yearly bonus is also poor; Hard work does not equal greater pay.
The benefits package is not bad, coverage is greater than average.
Average benefits good for consulting
Great benefits package at an affordable price! You can tell that it's important to the CEO that employees and their families are well taken care of. Right now they pay 80% of employee costs and 75% for dependents, and the plans offered are great - PPO and PPO HSA options, dental, vision, company-paid life and disability insurance, and then supplemental plans like FSA, dependent care FSA, critical care, hospital and even accident coverage. PTO is generous and accruals increase the longer you stay with the company.
Comprehensive benefits package with rich plans for a very affordable cost.
The plan and or company has changed every year, but the coverage is always top notch. The portion of the monthly premium is not excessive for the coverage
The PPO plan allows you to go to any doctor you want, which is extremely helpful. Sequoia always trys to pick the best plan options for the employees while keeping the out of pocket cost as low as possible.
