    It's okay. You have to go through an outside company, Matrix, to apply and maintain your leave. I think the best part was that I was able to get the leave approved even though I hadn't been there a year, but that might not be a huge deal since I think a lot of places do this. I didn't like that you only get 6 weeks, since I feel that's absolutely not enough time for someone to have with a new baby. If you do get the leave, you only get 60% pay, regardless of if you have been there a year or less than a year.

    Very generous and liberal maternity/paternity leave. It can extend to 6 months under FMLA and DISA.

    One of my co-workers were a married couple and both of the had great Maternity & Paternity Leave!
