    Standard time off. Two week and sick leave accrual. However, depending on your team, some people are allowed to use their sick leave as vacation time.

    You have an option to buy paid time off. You accrue about 3 hours bi-weekly of sick time. Vacation: 1 week after 1 year. 2 weeks for each additional year. You get 40 hours leave without pay before you are fired.

    Excellent as you get 10 paid holidays a year and 2 weeks vacation after 90 days that increases to 3 weeks after 5 years of service. (terms may change) Also some years they had additional time off you could purchase and sick days that would accumulate in addition to the above.
