The company had very competitive and inviting employee benefits to include medical, dental, vision, 401k, vacation, sick, and personal holidays; very poor regarding national holiday observance.
401 k was the only perk I saw
Extremely expensive, benefit rates are determined by your employee classification (ex. administrative support staff pays lowest rates, directors & sales staff pay the highest rates). $ 300/mo for a single person on a PPO plan? Really? This is a billion dollar a year company and you can't do better for the staff that sits w/ the families that earn you a billion+ a year in revenues??
401K, part time employees don't receive benefits beyond that.
Great Benefits Package, just difficult to take advantage of vacation days as no commision comes in when gone and vacation days are paid at minimum wage for this job!
Good benefits just not feeling the pay scale seems a little unfair
It is very expensive especially with family
Good benefit package, 401k, Holiday and Vacation Plan
A great opportunity to learn, a very professional working environment
Only PPO Health is offered in TX.
