You can cover part or all of your 12 week FMLA with a combination of short term disability and PTO, both of which depend on tenure. The longer you’ve been there, the more you’ll receive. They also recently added Paternity leave. Plus, they have new mom lunches, bring in a lactation nurse, and provide a hospital grade pump and mini fridge to store milk.

You’re provided short term disability that’s based on tenure. The longer you’re with the company, the more disability pay you’ll receive. The rest of your maternity leave can be covered by PTO. It won’t cover the full 12 weeks, but you can get close. They also just added some Paternity leave.

None of it is paid. Maternity leave is 3 months and paternity leave is one week

The SMG supplement for maternity leave is minimal. This is definitely not the place to be when and if you are thinking about starting a family.

A a mom, you receive almost the entire 12 weeks paid. It's amazing!
