The cost and coverage is one of the best that Ive received in 12 years.
The benefits package is very good but it is expensive. I rarely have ever paid a Co Pay and I do not pay anything for annual visits or the medications that I have been given.
The best part of a Full-Time benefits package is the 'use your own judgement' plan for salaried PTO, however it is difficult to find the time to take PTO when you are swamped with multiple tasks rolling up to you.

minimal time off, had to request vacation time too early in advance for a part time position. nonetheless minimal vacation time was used or offered.
