Benefits are decent but improving each quarter. Adding student debt repayment, stock bonus for non-management, better 401k, improved insurance waiting period to 30 days. Health insurance is still too expensive.

Company perks are decent if you know the right people. Other benefits are just average. Nothing exceptional

Benefits are highly expensive and keep going up. If you work for this company, keep your resume fresh.

It is a good and competitive benefits package. It will not necessarily be the reason you join the company or the reason you exit - but given where other employers are...it is a solid, comprehensive and affordable package.

Vacation is standard, two weeks per year. AT 5 years you go up to three and that's the maximum, so that's sub-par. Bad health insurance offered, but we are not a large franchise so that's not anyone's fault. No retirement 401k, but we have been told that's coming. Office workers lack incentives but we are paid ok.
