We offer robust benefits and perks for our Sourcers, including:
Health and welfare benefit adds an extra $4.40 / hr that can be used for benefits or rolled into a 403 (b).
prescription health benefits changed over time and make them prohibitive in cost. There is some flexibility in choices of other health benefits that were decent.
Good 401k matching up to a certain percent. Dental, Vision, Medical, they've got it all. Bonus potential is quarterly and while it's not much, it will help get you that extra goodie you've been eyeing on Amazon. I appreciate that they gave a discount for the gym down the road and the discounted parking was also a nice part of the gig.
ServiceSource has subpar benefits. During previous years benefits were bad for families; no maternity leave (only short term disability), no flexibility, no paternity leave, high insurance costs, no growth in PTO year over year. This year the company started to charge a surcharge of $150 a month for spouses on top of the already high insurance premiums. They did away with domestic partner benefits and are no longer LGBT friendly.
The company portion of payment for insurance is greater than at most companies. I don't care for the PTO plan, as it encourages people to come to work sick and get others sick also.
401(k) with matching, tax-free transportation benefits, many employee appreciation goodies every so often
Amazing health insurance and 401k benefits
The employer paid part of the multitude of insurances, is great. The PTO is great.
Insurance (Health, Dental, Vision) is pretty solid at the highest plan, but employee contribution makes the best tier prohibitively expensive for most employees. 401k matching at 50% of employee contribution up to a maximum employer match of $2,000 annually. 10 paid holidays as well as 3 weeks PTO (sick, vacation, and personal time all in one) annually for all employees with more time added as tenure increases. Allowed to bank up to 5 weeks. Subsidized parking for full-time employees.
Maternity leave; or really any leave. New hire has the same accumulation as a person who has worked there for 5 years.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
