We offer robust benefits and perks for our Sourcers, including:
Decent PTO, 401k, but crummy insurance.
Insurance (Health, Dental, Vision) is pretty solid at the highest plan, but employee contribution makes the best tier prohibitively expensive for most employees. 401k matching at 50% of employee contribution up to a maximum employer match of $2,000 annually. 10 paid holidays as well as 3 weeks PTO (sick, vacation, and personal time all in one) annually for all employees with more time added as tenure increases. Allowed to bank up to 5 weeks. Subsidized parking for full-time employees.
Maternity leave; or really any leave. New hire has the same accumulation as a person who has worked there for 5 years.
I have no problem with the benefits package that the company offers.
PTO is pretty good. 11 hours a month.
The benefits are pretty industry standard. Nothing really stands out. The schedule used to be flexible but they have started making employees clock in and out.
401k is lacking, matching up to $2000 a year. 15 days of PTO. Good Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Best: 15 days of PTO Worst: 401k
HR is so bad often PTO is not removed.
Depending on your team, PTO is plentiful and flexible. Wide range of benefit options with great coverage.
PTO is slowly accrued, paid maternity leave is a bonus, additional days off are hard to come by.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
