You get time and a half on holidays, but you will probably still have to work or be on call at a minimum.
They have the five basic holiday time off and add a day when certain company goals are met or exceeded.

We get all major holidays off with pay. Also, the day after Thanksgiving to be able to shop. Good deal!

You will receive paid federal holidays if you have been an employee for 90 days. In the office there are four staff members on salary those are; the Operations Manager, Sales Manager, Owner, and I believe since I've left the company Corporate Servpro has forced an additional overseer of operations. They are the only people who receive paid Vacations and time off.
