“basic but I was young and didn't need much ”
“The company contributes but the contribution is not as competitive as some of the other companies in the industry. ”
“Depends on your job and your manager.”
nice that they match 401k
Nice benefits. 401K, stock options, unlimited PTO , education reimbursement, gym membership subsidies and public transportation subsidies.
More comprehensive then most companies this size
Overall Package is very competative
Great new building in the Newark, DE location.
Work culture was amazing. Met some really great people there who helped me develop professionally. If the pay was better, and the sale force was not saturated by senior sales member who had no idea how ot sell the product their would have been much more potential to grow
The medical benefits package changes ever year or two, so it's unreliable.
Unlimited PTO for exempt employees - but, as a result, horrible maternity leave policy; 15 days for non-exempt. Good health/vision/dental insurance. Okay 401k match. Free drinks & snacks in the offices. Ability to work from home if you have a compatible role and good manager or are a remote employee. Used to be pet-friendly but not as much anymore.
there were no benefits. I didn't make enough to put in a 401K at the time. I needed to make commission to make this a possibility. I got the basics for healthcare.
Free lunches every other week.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
