Best benefit package I've encountered.
Paid training is not a set amount for each employee, but is based on performance. This makes it difficult for most team members to afford supplemental training.

All benefits are ok, but PTO is only 15 days/year
Average 401K, 50% matching up to 6% of your contribution meaning the max they contribute is 3%. Vested 100% at 4 years (25% per year). Decent Health Insurance with Care First BCBS. Very good dental coverage as well. They have vision included with the health insurance.
They offer 15 days of PTO the first five years... this includes sick leave, vacation time, and personal days. would be nice if they offered more
Overall benefits are minimum standard. Have to wait 5 years to get more PTO. Health benefit & dental are very high.
The cost. Very expensive.
There is no education assistance at all with the company. All training required for the job has to come out of the employees pocket.
