“It's expensive and quality is poor. ”
“The best thing is that they are very flexible with when you can take your vacation and have it paid for an addition they offer full paid vacation rather than partial pay. The worst part is it is only 3 to 5 days of vacation depending on your employment status(part time, full-time)”
“The employer's contribution for employees'401k is only 3%”
They have all general benefits such as Health insurance, HSA, FSA account options, 401K, life and accident insurance, etc. health insurance deductibles are high though.
Comprehensive and lots of options
Flexible with time off if you work overtime
Good company though going through some growing pains.
Our employee satisfaction survey is tied to our performance goals. Meaning, if we rate management badly, we cannot meet 10% of our goals which in turn affects our bonuses and raises. We asked HR but they didn’t do anything about it. Is this normal? Is this legal? If not, what else can we do about it?
Looking for ideas for a slight "career change". I can't stand working bedside/acute care nursing anymore, officially burnt out. Does anyone have any experience with informatics based nursing jobs, or clinical documentation specialist positions? EMR auditing? Remote jobs? Pros/cons? Do you find there are part time positions available? I don't have my masters just my BSN/RB, nor do I plan on going back for my masters, would possibly consider a certification if really necessary.
They have the best dental package I have yet to qualify with a company, however the health insurance isn't great.
They offer paid sick leave, paid time off, flexible scheduling, and various healthcare and dental coverage. My favorite part is Dee discounts and deals offered at other businesses and online stores. There is hundreds of small discount perks for employees in stores like target, Walmart, Amazon, DoorDash, Hulu, and Victoria's Secret, and more. The worst part about the larger benefits like health insurance, dental, mileage reimbursement, etc, is that it is only offered if you work a certain amount of hours every week. If you are a part-time employee you do not make the cut meaning none of those benefits are offered to you.
Health insurance is high and the quality isn't great. They offer others such as life, dental and vision. They also have long term and shirt term disability.
As a manager/ supervisor you get plenty of paid time off for vacation and sick time.
All benefits are great overall.
Company 401K plus a match.
