Health insurance (But I found to be quite pricey), dental and vision 401k with some matching 5 days PTO first year, 15 days after the first Discounts on purchasing a vehicle and vehicle maintenance
offers health insurance, and 401k
Company benefits are great. I do wish there were multiple levels of health insurance. However, buying cars at employee cost can save you thousands.
Great amount of PTO, and incredible holiday parties.
Very good benefits for automotive industry. Health insurance is high with limited plans. Basically single, married, or family. Family of 3 pays the same as a family of 10 so it is very expensive. Also hard to utilize vacation days due to being a performanc ebased industry.
Pros: Competitive introductory sales pay, free car Cons: long and unpredictable hours, inconsistent income, lots of processes but very ambiguous when it comes to internal process.
Best: good 401 k plan although I was just an intern so I didn't use it. Worst: working Saturdays. You could get them off, but it was discouraged because it was the busiest day.
The medical benefits are undeniably superb.
All the normal benefits package stuff. Not awful, nothing special.
Their healthcare benefits are behind the times when it comes to a company of it's size. I paid almost $900/month for a family of 3. I currently pay half that. In a world where many companies are starting to give paid maternity leave for men, they don't even offer a dime for women. The vacation/off days are intentionally reduced by guilt tripping employees for taking time off. As for holidays, expect a whopping four or five days observed a year.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
