I think that a 90 probationary period is too long for new hires to go without health insurance. Having benefit plans that start on the 1st day of the following month is more attractive to potential employees that are considering leaving their current positions.
the best thing about the work benefits at shake shack is the Paid Time Off and Vacation. I haven't had the chance to use either of those benefits yet though.
Basic benefits were offered, be sure to read through and select the best option for you. The vision coverage was nearly useless. Dental and medical were adequate
Good pay, training and employee referral bonus program. Medical benefits good. Food discount not high enough and no public transit discount
The only benefit for a team member is 60% off food
Well because I just started the benefits don’t apply to me just yet but I do know based on what was explained to me the benefits that come with the job are amazing!!
Paid time off, the option to sign up for things on their employee website to get discounts. Some holidays off, they offer health and dental insurance.
Best was you get Cheque weekly Worst is that it depends on how many hours you work
They had employee dining passes Whitch only included 20% off
overall, great benefits 401 k, medical, eye, and dental insurance. Nothing bad to say about what they offer. It is very clear what they offer and deliver
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
