It was nice to be reimbursed for gas mileage that added up while driving to different locations for work (depends on partner organization but I am pretty sure almost all have this policy). Every intern also got 5 days vacation.
Good vacation and recently expanded parental leave policy. Reasonably priced healthcare costs, however United Healthcare is provider.
Health insurance is provided by United Healthcare, who aren’t that great. The overall benefits package is satisfactory.

The company has great benefits for employees, but not many standardized ones for interns, which is to be expected.
Vacation and time off are ahead of industry standards with 15 days of vacation accruing starting your second year. Insurance package could use some work, or at least be more organized in administering changes. There were people who were stuck without insurance, or updates weren't made, due to confusion from and lack of care by HR.
