Amazing company to work for

The benefits are standard, nothing to write home about.
Sunlife is only 80% coverage per services rather than $500 per year
Good overall comprehensive benefits package that includes everthing you would expect: health, dental, vision, AD&D, employee assistance program, etc.
Stock based compensation is gone and it doesn't make sense since most employees will not be using the product they offer to consumers

Good benefits, very fair employer
4 weeks of vacation to start, 100% RRSP match up to 6% of salary. Maternity/PAternity leave top up. They cover a portion of gym memberships up to a maximum. No ESPP or broad based equity compensation which, for a division that specializes in the field is a glaring omission. Other benefits are pretty standard. Health plan is nothing special but the company pays all premiums.
