    After 90 days you get 2 Personal days and 13 Vacation so basically get 3 weeks to start plus unlimited sick time. At 10 years you 22 days and then only 1 day after 20'yeats.

    2 weeks paid vacation that is given to you upfront (you have to pay back if you leave before your term ends), no discount on Sharp products, a good portion of your commission is paid in the Ultimate Sales Rewards program that is time consuming and cumbersome. $300 a month for car/phone expenses
