Flexible PTO so I can coordinate my time off with my kids' holidays from school
Starting off full time employees get 15 PTO days plus 8 holidays (6 assigned and 2 you choose). Part time employees get less, per-diem get none
In theory, they have PTO and paid holidays. However, holidays are taken out of your PTO balance, so expect to have a lot of unpaid days off and never accrue real PTO
25 days/year for 0-4yrs of working
twenty six days a year. This figure includes six paid holidays. After five years this goes up another five days a year.
The ability to build PTO is very easy at sharp. You are given a certain amount of hours each pay check
24/7 business means PTO includes holidays but you start at 26 a year plus sick time!
PTO accrual is as good or better than anywhere I have ever worked.
it's generous and gradually goes up with length of employment
Sharp is flexible with time off and you can save it and take longer than a two week vacation with approval
