401k benefits were awesome! They used to match you
Company match for 401k is a huge plus! Benefits are great overall. Paid time off and paid holidays. Yearly bonuses.
401k managed by Wells Fargo while employed. When you leave they transfer to a really sorry company called Total IRA. Be sure to roll over before that happens or you will be stuck with the worst managed IRA provider. Wells will not even let you know they are doing this it just happens as the rule is hidden in fine print when you sign up for the 401k program. Health insurance here is expensive with high deductibles. I guess if your sick or a family member is prone to being sick then better than nothing. They do have onsite clinic that is really good.
Medical is awesome and the on site clinic is good
Too much taken out per paycheck
Very comparable benefits to other companies. Options to have premiums even lower.
Insurance benefits, 401k, bonus based on overall company performance.
As far as I can tell since I was only part-time there's nothing special about their benefits. They are good enough to support a five person family.
Health Insurance is comprehensive. 401K is not adequate.
The benefits are generally pretty standard. Work/life balance is on the lower side, making 3 weeks of vacation seem short.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
