Pros: Very inclusive, felt like I was part of a family. Good pay, overtime, holiday, bonus, etc. Incredible training program. Off and on clock discount on food items. Cons: Procedures and policies would change quickly and frequently. Store issues would often result in a late response from the home office. High stress. Inflexible hours. Strict call off policy. Only 8 hours or 1 shift of personal leave time per quarter. Management miscommunication.
