Very expensive, and getting more and more expensive every year. Higher out-of-pocket costs, deductibles. Nearly forbidding rates to include dependents
The worst thing is that the benefits package itself is not very flexible, just three very basic packages that they offer. In regards to fitting everyone needs I do not think this is adequate in regards for all employees of SCS.

It is like most employers have had to do since the government implemented new healthcare laws. Premiums have gone up. Coverages have gone down.
Very limited options from Cigna....one must renew a new plan every year with little options available
