It is payed for salaried employees
+ Both are given - It is not as high as European companies (but nowhere is)
I've never tried this, don't have kids but maybe one day. It's only a couple of weeks though
We have maternity & paternity leave, but since we don't have any children I can't say how well it actually works in practice or how it compares to other companies.
Its great, great package really
You don't get maternity leave. You have to use your sick leave. When I had my son I was only an employee for a few years so I had not accumulated much sick leave. My VP however was great and allowed me to work from home as many hours as I could so that I could stay with my son longer than the sick leave I had.
