    The pension is very helpful. The worst thing about pension is the offshore (non) suport.

    They have no benefits or anything to offer their workers

    I am not 100% sure if new employees are offered this benefit. I recently retired after 20 years of service and I am eligible for a pension, which is comparable to most companies.
