Actually, the only good thing was the benefits, but they are taking that away from the agents.
Best thing about the benefits package is the 401k/profit sharing and pension - they are leaders in providing this to their employees. Worst thing is a lack of forward thinking and bloated management and inability to accept technology and the fact employees can perform their jobs in locations outside of Columbia. Below market pay and non existent raises no matter how hard you work.
