hard to take time off, no one to cover.
Vacation and Personal Leave allotment is fair
Was told to just take time whenever, don't bother filling out a request. New Regional manager called on Christmas eve at 6 pm to find out why I wasn't in the office. Why I didn't file a request for time off. I told him call me in 2 weeks when I get back from Florida.
Best thing was the amount of time you could accrue - worst thing was it was near impossible to enjoy your time off with the workload you'd leave with and come back to.
No benefits for contract employment
Seems pretty standard. Start with 2 weeks vacation, then get extra day each year at year 5. 2 days of personal leave and 5 days of sick leave.
As a contracted agent I am able to choose the days and times I work, if I want to take a day or week of I'm able to do that. I always make sure that my office is staffed when I'm off so that customers are able to conduct businessl
Got the standard 10 days of vacation, they let you accumulate it to a certain extent and never had issues taking it.
