Robust benefits package with multiple options
Best thing is the Benefits were great. Worst thing didn't want you to use a lot of your vacation time.
Pros - the company matches 401k and provides you with good health benefits and fair PTO your first year Cons- Health insurance can be pricey
Worst thing is no profit sharing despite significant work requirements. Decent medical care, very small 401k matching. Have dental, eye, pet insurance.
Great benefits as far as health insurance 401k, etc. but very unorganized for their amount of growth, which can be frustrating at times. Also a lot of meetings.
