Great parking for downtown Portland
ShiftWise contributes about $1,500 per year to your HSA if you choose a high-deductible plan, which means for decently healthy people you get totally free healthcare! The rest of the benefits are pretty average for the tech industry.
The overall benefits package at Shiftwise is decent. I understand the health benefits are very expensive. The 401(k) offering is good. I believe stock options are available to higher levels only.
The paid time off was quite generous, although it was recently reduced to a much smaller package for engineers. Health insurance plans were very expensive. 401k income cap much too low.

Vacation and salary are generous.
There are definitely some fun perks of working here. Unlimited snacks, drinks and coffee in the kitchen. Bagel Fridays and happy hours. Medical benefits are okay, lots of choices for plans but they are all fairly expensive.
Start off with 16 days vacation/sick days. Tuition reimbursement, free bus pass or $25 per month for parking
