Corporate employees are offered 2 weeks vacation and Director level and above may receive 3 weeks vacation. The best hing is the low insurance premiums and summer hours. No 401K match but the company does support giving back to the community and you will be paid for time contributing to a charitable cause. Shiftgig is always looking for ways to retain and attract talent and I’m sure the benefits will improve. The temporary labor force is also offered benefits if they qualify which is contingent on total hours worked. It sounds like some of the reviewers were not fully aware of these benefits.

Low end health insurance. 401k package, mediocre. Expiring vacation days.
They pay for your vision but then everything else is pretty lackluster for what you have to pay for every check. After they fire you, they will offer you Cobra which no one can afford being unemployed.
It is a part time job. There is no benefits such as 401k, paid time off, vacation or paid holidays.
Pay, PTO (10 whole days), and insurance are below average for the tech industry. A liberal work from home policy compensates somewhat.
No additional benefits are offered for Specialist employees besides designated pay rate. Pay rates are disclosed alobg with each employment offer.
