The vacation/PTO is better than most places. Number of weeks is 2 standard, but negotiable if you're experienced and not afraid to haggle. After 5 years you get another week. After 10 years they add another day each year until you reach 20 days vacation. Use it or lose it - but you can fill out a form for exceptions to carry some over to the next year for a limited time. On top of that you get 10 paid holidays + 1 floating holiday.
