Great insurance that you only pay a little every month for. The PTO is lacking as most of the company has unlimited PTO, but it is hard to find time to take and there is rarely any time when your work is covered when you are gone.
ShipStation has amazing perks that really keep employees around. They truly stand by their "unlimited PTO" policy and are very flexible with doctor appointments, etc. They provide great healthcare plans that are not 100% paid for by the company but extremely affordable. Shipstation also provides weekly meals and a huge variety of snacks that are replenished daily.
Low monthly cost for employee
The training I had positioned me for success within the company. The free food and unlimited time off aren't bad, either!
Health insurance has been great so far, time off is open (right now)
No complaints. Great coverage and rates for insurance benefits. Love watching our stock do so well also.
Unlimited vacation policy. Health benefits leave a bit to be desired (high deductable) in my experience. Founders take care of ALL the employees at holidays and significant company events in the form of bonuses and distributions. Free lunches, snacks and drinks are awesome. Periodic planned company activities.
The benefits are very average but are way below par compared to other tech companies. If your previous work was in a call center sweatshop, you'll love it. If you have worked at a cutting edge tech firm in Austin, you'll be disappointed. The acquisition by Stamps has everything sliding further toward mediocrity.
