Decent dental and vision. 401(k) has good and bad points: up to 6% match overall, and funds vest immediately, but the choices of funds in the plan have pretty high expense ratios for performance that is par at best. Organization does not pay for or supplement short-term disability insurance, which is a standard at most large hospitals. Instead, they offer an "extended sick pay bank" which works great for people with seniority but is risky for new hires.
Salary was in line with comparable industry positions. Solid benefits with some buy in required. Tuition reimbursement offered.
