Health insurance has very high deductible. Insurance and vacation start immediately. There are black out dates for vacation, it is a lot of weeks. Employee discount on amazon and shopbop products.

14 weeks (4 weeks before due date, 10 weeks after) of full paid maternity leave once you've been working for over a year. There is also a ramp back program you can choose on your return. This means you can return and start part time to help adjust and ease in with your newborn. Also 6 weeks of full paid paternity leave.
Best if the allowance of dental towards your plan, the worse is FMLA even if it is an extremely traumatic event Amazons service for FMLA is a difficult process. Their people are rude on the phone and tend to make mistakes making you re apply even though it was not your fault nor your physicians fault. Very Bureaucratic process.
Pay is low compared to rest of fashion/ecomm industry, Amazon stock is supposed to make up for low salary but you have to wait three years for it to vest and most people are terminated within 2 years so you won't receive.
