The medical benefits really are the best in the Austin area. I have several friends whose medical insurance plans cost them over $600 Out of Pocket first before their percentage kicks in. With ours dr visits are a 20 -25 co pay. Thank goodness for good medical benefit
Solid benefits at a reasonable cost for a mid-sized company. I believe they had put in place a program to contribute to 401K plan as I was leaving.
They just moved to unlimited ("discretionary") PTO
best - vacation + pay
Excellent benefits including health, dental and vision insurance. 401k plan. ESPP as well. Starting to provide reimbursement program and purchases of exercise material
Very decent package, competitive. No 401K match. Employee Stock Purchase is decent but limited.. Recently moved away from PTO to a "take all you want" R&R package which effectively stripped the PTO hours benefit from longer term employees. Sales or other quota based employees are obviously not able to "take all you want" so the net effect was simply to remove the PTO off the books which clearly benefited the organization much more than the individuals.
New vacation policy no longer accrues hours.
Great time off that accrues over time. The 401K is matched. The health benefits are some of the best of any company I've ever worked for.
Good number of PTOs, no 401K match, decent medical plan.
Best: Great health insurance, lots of time off; worst: 401K matching is minimal
