There's unlimited DTO. As long as it's okay with your boss, you can take as much vacation as you need. Just note that you won't get paid for it if you leave.
Unlimited Paid time off. Flexible hours of working. Only downside like most retail - since Q4 is super busy, it is not east to take time off during holidays

Very flexible. Employees can take a paid day off whenever they need it, as long as they know that it won't hurt their job responsibilities.
Vacation & PTO is great - I've never been able to use all of my hours. Payout of PTO upon separation from the company is heavily taxed though.

Scrutinized for any time used or any sick leave. Even with a note from the Doctor, it would be counted against you.
Vacation time increases the longer you stay with the company. That is great. However, after carefully saving up time for planned events this summer, the new board / CEO / HR person / whoever it was that decided this told us with only 1 month notice that we were now required to take 3 days of our PTO on specified dates this summer so the company could shut down and reduce costs. This amounts to a reduction in our benefits and leaves a lot of us short on PTO after allocating it to ourselves throughout the year so carefully... not good.
Nothing to complain about. 3 Weeks to start, 4 weeks after 3 years, 5 weeks after 5.
you get 2 weeks PTO and holidays also you get your birthday off you also have sick days. the PTO carries over to next year up to 180 hours.
