“The health benefits are fairly good, if you select the most expensive plan (which is really not that expensive). They have a good policy on maintenance medications.”
Benefits are good but there are other tech companies stepping up the offerings.
Free lunch at NYC office daily
Good benefits and all. It's a good package.
Health benefits are good, and the company has a policy of half-days during the summer on Fridays that helps to boost morale. There are some good internal programs for up-skilling, although they are fairly generic. Unfortunately, the company does not differentiate between sick-leave and vacation - both are just part of a generic PTO, which accrues somewhat slowly. This is a bit of a red-flag in terms of respecting disabled employees or those facing serious illnesses. Furthermore, the company has an archaic remote-work policy that leans toward return-to-office, and there are serious limitations on which U.S. states employees may live in.
Very competitive Parental leave - 4 months for both Maternity and Paternity. Industry leading 401K program through Fidelity - 50% matching up to annual contribution maximum.
The 401k package from Shutterstock is incredible -- seriously can't beat it.
Good insurance, stipend for gym membership or exercise equipment
Cold-brew coffee and kombucha on tap. Breakfast and lunch are served daily. Unlimited drinks and snacks.
Low base Low RSU Benefits are 80% coverage, that is embarassing for a public company.
The 401K is unmatched. Highly recommended
