Generous health insurance - all company paid for employee with no dependents
Great benefits with generous leave and flexible work arrangements.
Best: generous vacation and excellent improvements with union representation Worst: definitely the 401k and health insurance for people with dependents
Closed the week of Christmas , excellent health benefits PPO
Very rich package with lots of time off.
Vacation benefits increase with employment longevity, flexible hours and remote work options (depending on dept/team), volunteering encouraged. Definition of family for leave purposes needed to be expanded.
worst thing is how the medical coverage has changed wildly over the past few years. Used to be Kaiser and Aetna were both totally covered, then one year you had to pay a lot for kaiser and a lot of people changed doctors. Now Kaiser is covered by the club again. It's been a bit of a yo-yo
The work schedule was extremely flexible
Generous benefits and great HR department. Good quality of life balance.
Flexible working (1-3 WFH days per week), paid office closure between Christmas Eve-New Years Day
