Health insurance has excellent coverage. Like the best ever. I recently had surgery and had to pay $0 out of pocket, including imaging and rehab therapy. Time off is flexible, including comp time for hours worked over the contracted 37.5 per week. Maternity/Paternity leave is excellent and LGBT firendly. 401K match is small, but grows over time.
Benefits package at Sierra Club is great - especially given that its a non-profit. Full and good health care package available (incl dental and vision), 401k (with relative small, though escalating employer match) available, decent vacation (2-3 weeks + paid holidays), ability for employees to get deep discount on Sierra Club trips (a perk I didn't use, but wish I had), and great progressive paid parental leave policy.
Generous benefits. We usually get comp time when we work over 40 hours a week. Good maternity/paternity leave, up to 10 weeks for fathers.
Maternity leave appears to be generous and we get the week before Xmas and New Year's off. Other benefits appear to be about standard.
The benefits at Sierra Club are very decent for a non profit org. It seems they understand what a stressful job it is trying to save the world. Lots of vacation time and flexibility, sick leave, and retirement.
I was an intern -- didn't get benefits package
Awesome time off benefits -- you don't see separate sick and vacation time in many places anymore! Plus paid end of year holiday office closure.
Very solid - better than many similar orgs.
Great health care benefits, employee pays $0 for lowest cost plan
Benefits were the best part about compensation
