The employee stock ownership program is fantastic. It is free money invested in our retirement. The main improvement in benefits that I see, would be if we had a couple of more paid holidays.

They have a stock offer . Its good as it is an incentive to people to stay longer . ut people are unhappy in the office and just end up staying for the chance to receive a huge chunk of money after 20 years . but you end up transforming into a zombie after working in this company. The words are descriptional to relate to the boring and non supportive
The best things is the ESOP - you are eligible for it after 2 years . It is a great benefit . 401k, Health Insurance .
SPEP is a 100% ESOP, so we get stock each year, and the stock value has grown each year. We also have a 401K, but there is no company match at this time. The company has always bent over backwards to provide excellent health coverage at almost no cost to employee. The time off is called PTO and we get a very fair share of it. Management is very flexible when we use it.

Best thing is the ESOP stock. We have Medical, Dental, Vision that's basically free. They stopped contributing to the 401K when we became an ESOP, the free ESOP stock is better. PTO is good, overall the perks are good.
There is a decent bonus program if goals are met, a 401K program (company does not do an employee match program), no sick days (must use PTO), accumulative PTO time, no use or lose program on PTO, ESOP company - from what I hear employees who have been here at least 5 years start to see really nice stock statements. I'm too new to see what the value is. But stocks keep increasing in value and business is strong. Inside sales is salary so no OT, get 5 paid holidays, have medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee only, pay ~$500 a month for dependent. Pay is bi-weekly. Get good discounts on prescriptions.
