“Limited options, expensive for lower paid workers”
“No issues with 401k plan, matching available ”
“2 weeks vaca not enough, sick time can’t be used in many situations - expected to work even when you are off ”
401K, insurance options, vacation/personal time is great.
One of the best benefits package I’ve ever received. So affordable and so many options.
Low vacation time, expensive insurance and limited use of sick
Expensive insurance, not enough PTO, did have 401k and match.
The benefits have declined overtime. Cost cutting measures have reduced the company contributions for the employees.
For an air support company the insurance plans I was offered regularly wouldn't work at all unless I had some catastrophic damage to my body, like sticking an arm in a propeller and I had already spent 2 grand on medical cost before the insurance even mattered. Rediculous I have a family.
Good time-off. Insurance benefits are terrible. Working spouse policy meant my wife had to get her own insurance.
Good basic healthcare, low copay
Covers most of what you need, but not everything.
Everything is through Cigna, so there's a variety of plans, but each of them is rather pricy and I know some of the offices near me don't accept my insurance.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
