    What you have accrued in PTO is the only pay you receive. Since you only get 2 weeks a year, that is all you get for maternity leave IF you didn't use 1 sick day. There is extended time paid off that you can use, but it accrues much slower. (about 2-3 days a year) Company pays nothing. You dont qualify for short-term disability until you've been gone for 12 weeks. Most people are looking to return by then.

    You get 3 months paid maternity leave as long as you accrue your time accordingly.
